Follow the directions below, or ask a cashier to register your card the next time you shop at Ralphs. The NPO number for the Friends is 84633. The Friends of the Encinitas Library Agency Fund The Friends of the Encinitas Library Agency Fund (The San Diego Foundation) was established in 2007. The Friends realize the importance of having sufficient annual resources for the Library. Over the years, through new gifts and investments, the Library will be guaranteed annual resources to enhance the collection and maintain its quality.
